PTFE, also known as polytetrafluoroethylene is a fluorocarbon solid with a high molecular weight that contains carbon and fluorine. Its membrane technology is a non-reactive filter that is hydrophobic or hydrophilic in nature and is strongly resistant to solvents, acids, and bases.
